Accessing billing

  1. Go to Settings → Billing
  2. View current plan and usage
  3. Access billing portal for invoices and payment methods

Available plans

Build (free)

  • Platform keys (shared rate limits)
  • 50 Flow executions per day, then slow mode
  • Unlimited team members
  • 1-day log retention

Startup ($49/month)

  • 15,000 executions per month (soft cap, overage billed at $5/1k)
  • Burst rate: 50 requests per 10-second window

Growth ($149/month)

  • 60,000 executions per month (soft cap, overage billed at $4/1k)
  • Burst rate: 200 requests per 10-second window
  • BYOK support

Team ($399/month)

  • 300,000 executions per month (soft cap, overage billed at $3/1k)
  • Burst rate: 500 requests per 10-second window

Enterprise (custom pricing)

  • Unlimited executions
  • SLA and priority support
  • Custom integrations

Upgrading your plan

  1. Click Upgrade Plan or open the billing portal
  2. Select a plan
  3. Enter payment details
  4. Click Subscribe

Upgrade takes effect immediately. You are charged pro-rata for the current billing period.

Downgrading your plan

  1. Open the billing portal
  2. Select a lower plan
  3. Confirm

Downgrade takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You keep your current plan’s features until then.

Billing portal

Click Manage Billing to access the billing portal where you can:

  • Update payment method
  • View and download invoices
  • Update billing email
  • Change billing address
  • Cancel subscription

Usage-based charges

Paid plans include a monthly execution pool. Executions beyond that pool are billed as overage at a per-plan rate. When using BYOK, you pay your AI providers directly for model costs.

Payment methods

Accepted payment methods:

  • Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex)
  • ACH bank transfer (Enterprise only)
  • Invoice (Enterprise only, annual contracts)

Invoices

Invoices are:

  • Sent to billing email monthly
  • Available in billing portal
  • Include itemized usage breakdown

Runtype charges for platform services only. AI model costs are billed directly by providers when using BYOK.

Canceling your subscription

  1. Go to the billing portal
  2. Click Cancel Subscription
  3. Provide feedback (optional)
  4. Confirm cancellation

You retain access until the end of your billing period, then downgrade to the Build plan.
